The three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom also has a king bed the other bedroom has a double, futon, and triple bunk bed. Additionally, the AZ room offers a comfortable queen bed.
One of the highlights of this rental is the large, inviting pool, perfect for cooling off on hot Arizona days. You can lounge on the pool deck, sip cocktails, and soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water.

The property has a Ring bell and outside security cameras in the pool area and entrance doors for security purposes. All outdoor security cameras have recording capabilities and exist near property entrances ONLY. All guests must sign a short-term lease and agree to the house rules. - Additional rules: Guest in violation of any of the house rules or local laws will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. This is NON-smoking property including vaping inside or out. If a guest smoke at the property there will be an additional $250.00 fee. No illegal drug use, no under-age drinking allowed Pets are welcome with prior approval from the homeowner host. No Pets in the POOL at any time. No pet shall be left unattended inside or outside of the home at any time. Service animal or other. If the home is left extremely dirty at check out there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 If the guest does not vacate within 2 hours they will be charged an additional day stay however it does not give the guest access for the additional day. only the person that booked the reservation is allowed to check in. All guests must have a valid phone number. Homeowners do not need permission to access the property at any time with 1/2 hour notice. Additional guests not on the reservation will be charged 100.00 per night per person above the occupancy limit. All guests are required to review and sign a short-term lease.
